Terms & Conditions

- Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of booking fee is required for each week reserved upon confirmation of a booking, the balance of the rent must be paid six weeks prior to the date of arrival.

- Cancellations: In the event of the necessity to cancel the holiday we must be notified in writing or by email at the earliest possible moment. We will do our best to rebook the accommodation but we reserve the right to hold you liable for the full rental should this not be possible.

- Late Bookings: All monies must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

- Arrival & departure times: Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Visitors are requested to arrive no earlier than 4.00pm on the day of arrival and leave no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrangements for short breaks should be made at the time of booking.

- Keys: Collect keys from the property unless otherwise advised by the owner beforehand.

- Linen: Visitors are requested to bring their own towels and tea towels. Pillows, duvets and bed linen, are provided.

- Pets: Pets are welcome, please enquire of cost when booking.

- Cleaning: The property will have been professionally cleaned for your arrival, please keep the property in good order during your stay.

- Electricity/Oil: The cost of these utilities are included in your rental.

- Problems: We hope that all our visitors enjoy their stay. In the event of any problems arising, the owners live on the same farm and are on hand to help.
